Activity Validations
It is necessary for our Activity Validators to confirm the accuracy of activities and update the blockchain accordingly. In order to guarantee the integrity of the underlying asset, consistent and accurate activity validation is essential.
The current procedure at $TREVL Coin — and the procedure used for the launch claim—is as follows: 1 trev coin is given out for every 1,000 validated steps. The validator gets the unprocessed data from the recording device and employs an algorithm to identify fraudulent activity and guarantee that only genuine activity is rewarded. As of launch, Trevla PLT will be the only Activity Validator.
Moving forward, we want to decentralize the validation procedure so that outside parties—like manufacturers of activity monitors, exercise machines, and fitness apps—can function as Activity Validators. Apple Watch, Samsung Watch, and more examples. To function as Activity Validators, these tracking services must stake $TREVL. For their contribution, they will be compensated with a percentage charge for each transaction they handle. Decentralization opens up new markets for various forms of travel activity and broadens the scope of the free market in travel.
